What My Listings does

My Listings is your inventory of where your business appears online—directories, chambers, sponsorships, local blogs, and similar sources. Verified listings contribute to your Local Authority score and help you understand your current visibility. You can add listings manually, discover them through Scout, or run a scan to find where you're already listed.

How to use My Listings

  1. Select your business — Use the business selector to choose the location whose listings you want to manage.
  2. Run a scan (optional) — Click "Scan for existing listings" to automatically discover where your business is listed. The scan searches your local market and adds verified listings to your list.
  3. Add a listing manually — Click "Add listing" and enter the URL and organization name. Vouch Local will verify that your business is mentioned on the page. If confirmed, the listing is added and counted toward your Local Authority score.
  4. Mark from Scout — When you find an opportunity in Scout where you're already listed, click "I'm already listed here." After verification, it appears in My Listings.
  5. Manage listings — View, edit, or remove listings. Verified listings show a checkmark and contribute to your visibility score.

Verification

When you add a listing manually or mark one from Scout, Vouch Local verifies that your business is actually mentioned on the page before adding it. This keeps your list accurate and ensures your Local Authority score reflects real presence, not assumptions.

Tips for My Listings

  • Run the scan periodically—new listings may appear as directories and sites update.
  • Add listings manually when you know you're listed somewhere but it wasn't found by the scan.
  • Keep your list up to date by removing listings that no longer exist or no longer mention you.
  • Use My Listings together with Competitors—compare your verified presence to theirs to find gaps.
