Refund Policy

Overview

All subscription fees for Vouch Local are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions, including partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. This policy aligns with common practices in the SaaS industry and allows us to keep pricing simple and consistent.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you subscribe on a monthly basis and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for the following month.
  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Any credits included in your plan remain valid until the end of that billing period.

No refund will be issued for the current month already paid.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year in advance. If you cancel an annual subscription:

  • You will retain access and credits until the end of your annual billing period.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the year.

We do not provide prorated refunds for annual plans.

Legal Requirements

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law. If the law in your jurisdiction requires refunds in certain circumstances (e.g., consumer protection laws), we will comply with those requirements.
