What Reports does

Reports gives you shareable snapshots of your local visibility. You can generate audit reports that summarize your listings, Local Authority score, competitor benchmark, and action items. You can also export your existing listings to Excel or PDF for offline review or sharing with clients.

Reports are useful for tracking progress over time, sharing with stakeholders, or preparing for client meetings.

How to use Reports

  1. Select your business — Choose the business you want to report on.
  2. Generate an audit report — Click "Create Audit Report." Vouch Local generates a report that includes your Local Authority score, a summary of your listings, competitor benchmark, and suggested next steps. You can view the report in the app or download it.
  3. Create a monthly summary (Agency+ plans) — Monthly reports track progress over time. Use them to see how your listings and visibility change month over month.
  4. Export listings — Export your existing listings to Excel or PDF. This is useful for sharing with clients, offline review, or importing into other tools.
  5. View past reports — All generated reports are saved and listed on the Reports page. Click any report to view or download it again.

What's in an audit report

An audit report typically includes:

  • Your Local Authority score and how it compares to competitors
  • A summary of your verified listings
  • Action items—suggested next steps based on gaps and opportunities
  • Overview of competitor presence and where they're listed

Tips for Reports

  • Generate an audit report after running Scout or My Listings scan—so the report reflects your latest data.
  • Use reports in client meetings to show progress and next steps.
  • Export listings periodically if you need a backup or want to share data outside the app.
  • Monthly summaries are available on Agency and Enterprise plans—use them to track long-term progress.
